How to clean your makeup brush with: Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Saturday is a good day for me.
why?? because this is a holiday and i can do anything what i want.
i choose to clean all my makeup-kit ^^

maybe u already know how to clean your makeup brush, today will be gonna different ingredient for cleaning your makeup brush.
i am using EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL for cooking. LoL!
Really?? yeah!
Why?? because based on kattie's experiment that extra virgin olive oil has moisturizer can keep your brush moisture and soft (believe me) and this is recommended for your hair & body skin care.
How? let's begin

prepare:
Bowl
Extra virgin olive oil
baby shampoo
Towel
and sure THE BRUSH!

prepare your dirty makeup brush.

and a bowl

you can go to supermarket on your local city to choose any extra virgin olive oil.
i choose extra virgin olive oil From DOUGO, because this doesnt have smile or anything remain us with Food. the smile was plain. so i comfort to choose this brand.

and dont forget Baby shampoo:

i choose cusson baby shapoo just because this have a lower price than other =) . you always need this when u mixed with Extra virgin olive oil, because oil cannot be remove by water, and your brush cannot clean from oil. i suggest you to combine baby shampoo and extra virgin olive oil.

why baby shampoo? because the formula very gentle and light to use.

for the firstm put a couple cup of extra virgin olive oil into bowl.

and your baby shampoo

take your dirty brush and swap the brush into bowl contains baby shampoo & EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)

see how the dirty of powder, foundation/brush lift on the brush. wth extra virgin olive oil. the dirty of makeup on the brush will be easy to take out than use baby shampoo only / makeup brushes cleanser.

dont forget to rinse with water. make sure no rest of oil left on brush.

to make sure your brush doesnt have rest of oil, you can squeeze the brush like this

after that rinse again with water,see how dirty will easy to take out from your brush.
after you clean all your brushes, you put all the brushes on clean towel, and make a couple buffer so the handle brush will on the top,to make a residual water and oil will flow down.

i recommended you to clean your brush once a week or anything you think they are dirty, because the healthy skin depend on your brush. if you are lazy to clean it all. all bacterial will nest on your makeup brush, this is a reason you got acne or maybe allergy.

you should've to clean your NEW BRUSH before you use, because we never know, the process of making your brush was hygiene or not.

Bedding time again ^^
what the good things for housewife to be LOL ( hope, can be good housewife, in case i dont really like to hold a role "housewife" yeah i am prefer to take long relationship than married, because marriage's role so heavy for girl like me LOL) , maybe new role will be so much fun.

yes again sheets,
today i got package was send from 'toetik bedding sheets'
she was send me a beautiful sheets set,
the size :
160x200cm and height 30cm
and 2 pillows cover +2 bolsters cover
they said the sheets was Rp 230.000 (plus minus i believe)
Fabric i choose was japan sateen import.

here are the gallery of my collections from toetik:

I like their beautiful flowers and sweet if combine with white & red ( i believe ).

i looked they put beautiful cool blue yarn on the red covers for my pillows & bolsters

this is a unique sewing.

many people asks me : how about the rubber on sheets? is it good?
i dont know, because i never try it. and i just keep that for my new Life i mean. a second i looked. the rubber has same with others brand. for the rubber, pls i am so sorry, i can't give a testimonial for it.

i see changes from the neatness of seams.
and this is the fabric looks like:

and the most questions i was got from my reader :

whether sateen japan import toetik was same with mojokoe? my honest opinion :

yes, i guess . i touch both of them. i look they have same quality.

i dont know how much you will spend if u buy a couple sheets set of mojokoe with Fabric Sateen japan import.

but in toetik, you only spend Rp 230.000 for size 160x200x30 cm to have it.

i hope you guys enjoy with my new share. and next ---> mojokoe will send me a couple of sheets with beautiful silk jacquard in valentine edition.

How To Wash your organic silk sheets/Quilt cover?

Misskattie back! have u ever think how to wash /clean ur beautiful organic silk sheets? laundry?ask your maid?
misskattie never want to suggest you for using laundry/dry clean (even many sheets' brand recommend it) why?
because misskattie has experience used laundry. my silk organic sheets never clean, ( i have proof for it)
i do laundry from Indxxxlxxxy (which is the laundry on minimart) i was hope, i will take home my clean organic silk sheets, after they process to clean my sheets around 5 days, i think the new sheets was clean.

But! i am a typical girl who never easy to believe. i try to clean by my self (after i laundry) GUESS!! what i got? SLOP!!!!!
i spend around Rp25,000 for dry clean at IndxxxLxxx .but they never clean my sheets, they only give perfume to deceive their customer,that seemed to have washed. (UPSET! :( )
and second reason i never want to laundry my sheets, i worry my beautiful sheets will lose during cleaning.

i think better wah by my self / ask the maid (sure, u should have training ur maid).

Misskattie quote : "You should have wash your new sheets, Quilt Cover/ Bedcover, etc after you buy from factory/ shop."

you never know how the worker made your sheets. whether the floor is clean or not? or many more reasons you shldve to wash.

this time, misskattie will give tutorial "how to wash your organic sheets/ quilt cover?
the firts time ,
PREPARE:

Pail
Liquid gentle formula detergent
Softener

take a pail and combine the liquid detergent with the water around 2 cups.

i prefer use liquid detergent then powder detergent. because liquid detergent can be easy mix with water.
sometimes powder detergent particle can't mix with water, so that's why i choose liquid detergent.
don't drop the detergent onto ur sheets directly, because the formula of detergent can change sheets texture, maybe colour.

fill ur pail with water after u drop liquid detergent, wait until frothy.

put your sheets and leave in around 30-60 ninutes.

after 60minutes, misskattie rinse with clean water around 6times or until u see clean in the water).
prepare another pail and put the softener into the pail.

remember dont drop softener directly onto ur sheets.

after that you leave ur sheets around 30 minutes to make ur sheets soft . You can choose any softener with fragrance , remember: carefully to choose softener & fragrance clothes. many fragrance clothes don't have softener.

after 30 minutes. pls take out and put on washboard, for making residual water fall down.

(you never want hang in you sheets before u wait residual water fall down, it will make ur sheets heavy)

after residual water fall down, you can hang it.

see! the result after u wash your sheets! slop! because many dust onto ur sheets when the fabric in the factory. believe me WASH YOUR NEW SHEETS BEFORE U WEAR IT!

Hello world!Misskattie kedatangan baju engagement neh! Misskattie pesan dari salah satu desainer yg hot banget dibicarakan di weddingku.com (tempat ngobrol para calon pengantin).

Misskattie mendapat banyak banget rekomendasi untuk memesan gaun kepada desainer muda dee dee.Pertama tama misskattie survey dulu neh hasil penampakan jaitannya di blog dia, dan ternyata bagus bagus loh ;)Semua desain dan hasilnya membuat sang pengantin cakep cakep.

Enaknya lagi, harganya bs disesuaikan dengan budget pengantin. Misskattie sangat sangat adore dan mencoba memesan 1 baju prewedding ke dee dee. Dan hasilnya seperti ini

duhh senangnya hatiku pas melihat bajuku... cm pas aku coba kok gedean ya:(

Saya salah satu customer laurentia dee, yg awalnya saya sangat ngebela dee dr serangan bbrp cust yg blg kecewa dengan dia.
Namun hari ini, saya tdk merekomen laurentia dee.

Kalo kalian liat saya, diatas saya sangat memuji muji dee. Sekarang saya sangatbkecewa sama dia.
Kenapa tdk? Segala kesabaran saya diuji sama dia,

Pertama, begitu deal dp, dia dtg emang cepat.
Setelah jd customer dee, saya diuji terus kesabaran, janji ketemuan selalu saya yg nunggu dia minimal 30 menit, kadang kadang bs lama.

Alasannya macet,dll. Ya uda saya ikutin aja. Ga masalahlah menunggu lama, saya msh positif thingking.

Next saya janji ketemuan dee buat ambil baju, lagi lagi saya nunggu ga lama sihhh cm 1 jam doank, (uda biasa soalnya)
Dan sedih plus tambah kecewanya aku, bajuku kok kumel plus banyak noda karatan nt aku upload deh...
Kaget bgt baju 2,5jt kok bs ada nodanya. Dan banyak jaitan lepas ( btw kalo seach di wk, pernah ada an sherly bilang kl jaitan dee buruk) dee mengklaim sherly terlalu cerewet, aku pikir iya sherly crwt kali.

Pas aku rasakan, astagaaa ini dijait apa engga? Bener bener parah , jaitan byk lepas, gunting ngasal. Dan byk coklat coklat dikain kaya karatan.
Dia mengaki sudah dilaundry, masa iya ba begitu?
Kok ga dihargai ya?

Dia berjanji bakal ganti dengan model baru aja.free
Hr ini dia janji sama aq, untuk ambil baju dr jam 6 n dia naku baru jalan jam 7 sampe sekarang lg nunggu dee jam 23:18 dia tdk nongol.

Dan alasannha nyasar, aku tanyain posisi dia, posisis dia deket ama rumahku plg lama apesnya 1 jam sampe. Masa 2 jam ga sampe. Klo nyasar kenapa ga bbm/telp?
Ini diem diem aja. Alasan low batt, lah aku bbm bs jwb, ya bbm aja tanay jalan atau mnt dijempt dkt mana gitu.

Sekarang kurang sabar apa aku jd cust mu dee.
Bbrp custmu komplain,aku bela

Kamu janji kirim bahan dr kapan sampenya kapan bs 1 bulan itupun dikejer.
Kamu janji fotoin hasil payet, bisa 2 bulanan
Kamu janji mau fotoin baju aku ampe 2 bulanan itupun akhirnya km anterin bajunya.
Kamu janjian ama aku, aku selalu nunggu, plg cpt 30 menit.
Kamu janji mau ambil baju kerumahku , sampe 5jam aku nunggu.
Kamulohh yg janjikan. Kalo ga bs, km berhak nolak... Kamu sendiri yg mengiming imingkan aku.

Dan apa yg aq dpt? Bajuku banyak cacat karat atau apalah dimana mana
Dan byk jaitann yg kacau, padahal aku blg keorg kamu desainer bagus.
Ini aku lihat dengan mataku.

Coba para pembaca, kurang sabar apa aku ini? Masa diginikan. Kecewa jadinya dee

Aku kecewa banget, skrg aku ga mau lagi deh bella dia, aku ngerti skrg knp byk yg marah sama dia. Ini aku harus kejer dia, jangan sampe baju nikahankubhancur dan ga tepat waktu.
dan gila lagi, banyak noda & jaitan yg lepas :(

banyak banget neh noda cacat baju >,< kaya karatan, ini si dee laundry-in baju apa engga ya??
:( kok parah banget, aku jait baju sama dia ga murah juga loh :(

da gitu ditambah kekecewaan aku dengan hasil jaitannya kasar & ngasal.

banyak banget jaitan potongan yg tidak lurus dan rapi :(
apakah inilayak dibilang gaun mahal???

misskattie comeback to review my bedding haul. i bought from department store & Online shop.
misskattie sangat amat penasaran dengan yang namanya sprei organik yg lagi hitttt!!

sambil menunggu my next haul from mojoke, dan penjelasan sprei organik.
mari kita intip dulu koleksi ku ^^

ni aku beli sprei sutera organik di dept.store sogo

kalo kalian lihat ini sedikit kilap kaya sattenn , tapi ini bukan satin, bahannya adem dan enak dipake dengan/tanpa AC. karena sifat alami organik ini yg membuat bahannya nyaman dan adem .

apakah bahannya sama kaya katun sprei mylove,dkk?? tidak ini alus lembut dan adem kok ^^

softtt banget.

Brandnya GOOD Night, aku da banyak beli brand ini sangat nyaman dan jaitannya sangat bagus.

untuk sarung guling aja organik sutera ini , kemarin belinya sekitar 223.000,- (mahal ya)

untuk 1 set brand good night bisa 2.4jtan -___-"

kalo ini aku beli brand House of wisdor, bahannya katun jacquard dan motifnya bgs loh mengkilap :) bahan TC antara 500an bener bener lembut, ya masih lembutan sutera organik sih. tapi ini bener bener keliatan mewah dan cantik pinknya ^^

misskattie wanna try something new on my own blog,which is using english hehehe
why? because misskattie was looked, they are a lot of international's reader who are reading my blog (based on statistic) and why not we share to another woman who are same hauls like us??to make a relation with another woman with another country, maybe they can share their personal experience in bedding and tips for us.
I hope u are understanding what i am talking about. because i am beginner try to speak english. LOL

this is the first time i buy @ mojokoe, i remember How can i found mojokoe, Once upon a time (fairytale's stoey lol) i am searching any design for making a website, and i found something cheers, unique design for website, that is mojokoe's website. i am so amazing with their website ,so colorful LOL, and make an impression like professional in bedding.

The copywriter of their website wrote with good grammar in English and easy to understand, They are using very nice and neat phrases. they have excellent knowledge in bedding such as : fabric for sheets, fabric for duvet, size of international sheets / quilt cover,etc

i decide to try 1 sheets + quilt cover + quilt.
My bed's size = 180x200x30
i choose organic bamboo silk and they give me around Rp 1.4million ( plus minus) include
with beautiful colour like this picture.

1 sheets set contains:

100% bamboo fabric with 700 thread count
height 30cm
Quiltcover size 240x240
2 pillows size 50x270
2 bolsters size 37x100

and plus i add the quilt with specification: microgel size 240 x 240 , why i choose micro-gel? i already search on another department store and website that micro-gel has same quality and comfortable with goose.

oke here is the packages look like:

the packages came with canvas bag and plastic hard cover for packaging to protect our sheets / quilt cover.

here is my sheets set:

i choose blue mix light blue. because the colour suggest me calm and i hope i will get sweet dream when i used it. LOL.

and this is my quilt cover looks like:

when i open it they mixed the inner and outer's colour: the outer is baby blue and the inner blue, i think it will better if the inner baby blue and the outer blue plus my sheets was baby blue, isn't it?

i try to take pictures of what the fabric looks like

when i touch it, it's very soft and light, u will not worry use it with summer / winter day and with or without AC.

Because of its organic nature can adapt on temperature of the room and our bodies.(that is the point plus of organic fabric)

like a silk, the fabric was glow and looks so ultra soft.
oh ya!! what makes mojokoe different with other bedding's online shop?
mojokoe is the one bedding online shop which gives priority of neatness and world-class suture like hi-end brand such as king koil /serta.

mojokoe has italian diamond corset suture:

Mojokoe has good packaging material, maybe Hi-end brand doesn't have it.

mojokoe has hard plastic and they print their logo plus description

Mojokoe claim that they are the FASHION BEDDING online store ^^

oh ya i wanna show u another fabrics from mojokoe, and i already try it, all of the fabric was different with department store, they have ultra high fabric.

My conclusion :
i am really enjoying shopping at mojokoe, Because they have great material & neatness in sewing, i will re-purchase again ^^
i am satisfied with mojokoe because the real fabric & colour is beautiful than the picture ( and i expect )
their catalogue:

the real fabric's colour & texture ( looks glow ,silky)

the weakness of mojokoe : they need 2 weeks for making sheets for us ^^.

misskattie memtuskan untuk membuat Blog pribadi khusus untuk mereview apa aja yg misskattie punya , tanpa aturan, tata tertib yang tidak "Fair" .
karena Blog ini milik misskattie, jadi misskattie bisa merubah & mengatur / meceritakan apa saja yg misskattie suka ^^

let's begin with my first haul in Bedding!~
misskattie sangat sangat tertarik dengan per-beddingan (bedding fever) tiba tiba saja menyerang misskattie menjelang sebelum menikah :D, mungkin hal ini bakal dirasakan oleh sebagian kaum wanita yang akan dan menjelang menikah. Semenjak membeli bed tidur , tiba tiba saja misskattie jadi begitu interest with bedding set, and anything about bedding..

banyak banget OLSHOP yang misskattie survey dan tanya tanya mengenai sprei, dll
olshop pertama yang misskattie deal untuk beli adalah Toetik via FB
misskattie membeli 1 set sprei size 180x200x30 Rp 440.000(kalo ga salah ingat) dengan bahan yang diklaim "sutera organik" dengan TC (yg ga diketahui) alias ga tanya ke penjual hhehehe...
cuma begitu barang datang berat juga ya bo!

kenapa misskattie memilih berbelanja di Tutik?? awal awal kita bicara ngobrol. tutik sangat ramah sekali loh ^^ via BB dan lumayan cepat tanggap. selain harga yg murah dari OS lain, tutik juga mengatakan kalo dia supplier Mojokoe (mungkin kalian pernah mendengar nama Mojokoe), cuma benar atau tidak , misskattie tidak dapat membutikan sama sekali.

perlu diketahui mojokoe adalah olshop yg menjual sprei,dll (perbeddingan) yang mengklaim mempunyai standart tinggi , kerapian yang proffesional beserta jaitan italian corset diamond yang rata rata tidak dimiliki OS lain.dengan harga relatif mahal dari pada OS toetik. untuk 1set yang toetik jual ke saya, mojokoe bisa menjual sekitar 1jutaan.

Tutik meyakinkan banget neh kalo dia adalah supplier mojokoe dari segala kata kata dia di BB, akhirnya misskattie memberanikan diri mencoba berbelanja 1 set sprei di tutik dengan spesifikasi

size 180x200x30
sutera organik
2 sarung bantal
2 sarung guling
sprei dengan karet tanpa sambungan!

dengan mengharapkan kualitas yg sama dengan mojokoe, akhirnya misskattie modal nekat pesan sama tutik dan inilah hasilnya
inilah penampakannya ^^

datang dengan kantong plastik tebal tanpa logo & label sangat sederhana

inilah contoh bahan tutik yg mengatakan sprei ini organik (kelihatannya seperti bahan silk organik seperti dimall)

texturnya mengkilap ^^ keliatan kah??

dan motif yang misskattie pilih adalah ini

kalo dipasang mustinya kaya gini

cakep ga ya?? blm coba masang neh ^^ nanti kalo da pasang, misskattie updatein lagi ya
cuma misskattie agak sedikit kecewa dan gubrak :( , karena banyak banget benang sisa bekas jaitan yang ga dipotong.

kalo yg misskattie tau, mojokoe pengekedepankan KERAPIAN, PELETAKAN MOTIF kepada SPREI,SARBAN, BEDCOVER / Quilt Cover.

sedangkan tingkat kerapian toetik tidak mencerminkan supplier mojokoe.

yang lebih gubrak lagi... misskattie menyangka jaitan toetik akan sama dengan jaitan maut MOJOKOE "italian corset diamond" yang seperti ini

kesimpulan singkat yang misskattie dapatkan : kalo toetik tidak mencerminkan supplier mojokoe. sampai toetik bisa membuktikannya.
dalam hal ini, misskattie tidak menyebut kalo OS toetik jual paslu/dll cm jaitan saja beda, dari segi bahan , misskattie bersaksi bahan toetik halus kok ^^
Bagi kalian yg mempunyai budget terbatas dan ingin merasakan bahan sprei mahal, dan mengenyampingkan kerapian, misskattie sarankan silakan berebelanja ke Toetik.
Bila kalian pencinta bedding sejati mempunyai budget lebih dan sangat detail akan kerapian.
janganlah pilih FB toetik untuk pemesanan sprei kalian.
